We also respond to valid claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA.

We reserve the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances we may also terminate the account of a user who has been determined to be a repeat infringer.

Counter Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing or that you have authorization from the copyright owner the copyright owners agent or pursuant to the law to post and use the material you may send a counter notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content
  4. Your name address telephone number and email address and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or if you are outside of the United States that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

Upon receiving a valid counter notification we may restore the removed content unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that a legal action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity related to the content on our site.
